I have spent more than two decades moving between food businesses, capital projects, retail growth and multi-agency programmes. The industries change. The recurring task is the same: understand the system, find where it is failing people and make it work in practice.

My MSc Health Psychology perspective matters because operations are never only process diagrams. They are habits, incentives, pressures, handovers and the behaviour of real people doing real work.

I work with a small number of clients at a time. I am usually brought in when a neat explanation has stopped being useful and somebody needs to see the whole thing without adding more theatre.
